We only ship to your credit card billing address. We can not ship international orders to domestic freight forwarders. All pricing shown is in US Dollars. Because of the new sales tax nexus laws, we are required to collect out-of-state US sales tax where applicable. We do not set up individual business wholesale accounts, we are set up as a retailer. Orders cancelled before our stated lead times, or items returned for a refund, will be subject to a 5% order processing fee.
