Order Status
Is signature required upon delivery?
  Yes we require signature (at our discretion) on all packages we ship out. This is to protect the card holder from credit card fraud, to protect ourselves from credit card fraud, and also to make sure you make sure you receive the items you paid for. All the major credit card companies require us to provide proof of delivery with signature in the case of any dispute or fraudulent activity.
My tracking information shows several delivery attempts were made and then it was sent back to Driftmotion, what happens now?
  If we shipped your package correctly to the address that you put on your order form, and it is sent back because either no one was available to sign for it, or the address was undeliverable, or the package was refused at time of delivery, we will need to wait for the package to come back to Driftmotion and then bill you again for shipping to send it back to you, or refund you for the order minus the original shipping cost.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If it has been more then 3 business days and you don't see any tracking info, you can call the shop at 909-949-0459 M-F 10am-6pm PST.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please call the shop at 909-949-0459 Mon-Fri 10am-6pm PST after your make a change on your order, or to have us make a change on your order for you.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the us to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service  at 909-949-0459 for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 909-949-0459. Please look carefully through ALL of the boxes and packaging before assuming something is missing, we are VERY careful to make sure all orders are not missing any products.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
