--THIS IS FOR A PATCH HARNESS ONLY! AEM V2 IS DISCONTINUED AND WE HAVE NO STANDALONES LEFT FOR SALE-- AEM Version 2 ECU PNP for 86-89 MK3 Supra 7M-GTE. This is a brand new Version2 AEM standalone that is modified to work with the 7M, and a plug and play 86-89 7M-GTE Supra adapter harness. This unit can work with the stock 7M-GTE ignitor, but we recommend you upgrade to a DH61 ignitor and ignition coils/wires from an IS300, which does require that to be wired in custom on the car. Please see the 2nd picture for this item to verify you are purchasing the correct standalone. This adapter harness only fits the yellow connectors from the 86-89 MK3 Supra engine. A stock 7M-GTE basemap will be included with this unit. For this standalone it willl require the use of an AEM MAP sensor (or a GM map sensor), and an AEM air temp sensor. This wil convert your engine to a MAP based system, which is much more reliable and easier to tune. It will run the stock injectors, or aftermarket low impedance injectors, as long as the stock injector resistor is left in place. It is wired to control the factory idle speed control motor.
