I love my 2024 Beta 390RS dirt bike, but it has a common problem of the plastic thermostat housing leaking. I have been showing this new item on the Beta Facebook forums as I was developing it to judge interest in it. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive about the need for this item, so I designed and machined a new billet version of the thermostat housing for 2020+ Beta 4-stroke models that have the stock part number 037.39.006.80.00.
I designed it with dual o-ring seals: one for the thermostat, and another for the cap. The o-rings are viton, which are higher temperature rated and long outlast rubber seals. The housing is US MADE from 6061 billet aluminum, and tested in our local SoCal mountains and desert. It will be anodized red for corrosion resistance (and it looks cool too). You will simply remove your thermostat from the stock plastic housing, and install it in our new billet housing. It is a direct fit replacement, using your original hoses, and we will include 4pc of good quality hose clamps to replace the stock clamps which are difficult to get on and off.
Our billet thermostat housing should fit:
- 350 RR/RS 2020+
- 390 RR/RS 2020+
- 430 RR/RS 2020+
- 480 RR/RS 2020+
- 500 RR/RS 2020+

- 125 R RR Race 2T

Items included:
- Dirtmotion billet red anodized thermostat housing
- 4 stainless M4 x 15mm buttn head screws
- 4 stainless worm-drive hose clamps (2 different sizes)
Basic install tips:- Inner o-ring goes on top of the thermostat (touching the cap).
- Use removeable (blue) Loctite on the screws.
- They are just 4mm screws, please be careful not to over-tighten them.
- Only an original Beta brand thermostat in our housing, there are cheap aftermarket versions that will not work correctly.
A stock Beta thermostat is NOT included! Please compare your stock housing to the hose connections on our billet housing to check the fitment. Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions before making a purchase.
